Free shipping is offered for deliveries within Quebec and Ontario (excluding remote areas) on all orders of $90 or more before taxes. Free shipping does not apply to orders exceeding the size and weight of a standard package; shipping fees will then be automatically calculated by our website based on your order.
For orders under $90, shipping is $9.95 in Quebec and Ontario. Shipping to other Canadian provinces and the United States is automatically calculated in your cart based on the size and weight of your order. If you wish to ship a gift outside of Canada and the USA, please contact us by clicking here.
There are no limits to personalization, whether it's the product, the container, the box, the ribbon, a short message, your logo... Our goal: your satisfaction and for the recipient to say "wow." So, make your requests, and we'll make them happen! 😉
By default, we send your package without a signature. This means the carrier leaves the package at the door of the address you provided when placing your order. If you choose the signature option ($), the delivery person will ring the doorbell or use the entry code you provided when placing your order and ensure someone is present at the delivery address to deliver the package.
If you selected delivery without signature, the delivery driver will leave the package at the door of the address provided during checkout. If you selected delivery with signature ($), the driver will ensure someone is home to deliver the package. If no one is home, the driver will take the package, leave an information card, and send an email to the address provided during checkout indicating where to pick up the package or request a second delivery.
Did you place an order today? You'll receive your order in Quebec and Ontario within 4 to 6 business days. Please allow a few additional business days for other Canadian provinces and the United States. You can choose the "expedited" option ($) for shipments to Quebec and Ontario, and in that case, you'll receive your gift in 2 to 3 business days.
Almost anywhere... As soon as a carrier is in a location, we can entrust them with your package. This applies throughout Quebec, Canada, and the United States. Only postal codes with an airmail service office are not served. See the complete list here on the Canada Post website.
Unfortunately, since it is food, once the package leaves our workshop, it is no longer refundable or exchangeable, except in case of breakage during transport of course.
If you change your mind between the time of ordering and the shipment of the package, you can cancel or modify an order by writing to us at info@lagrandegourmandise.org specifying your order number.
As soon as your purchases are shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the carrier's website and a tracking number. This will allow you to follow the delivery of your order in real time. Be careful to indicate your email address and check your spam folder from time to time. You never know 😉
Yes, they are available online, and you can choose the amount: $25, $50, $75, or $100. Click here to access them. They are delivered instantly by email. And they have no expiration date. You can use them all at once or in multiple transactions.
