Acceptance
By placing an order on this website, you de facto accept the general terms and conditions listed below.
Price
All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which are automatically added at checkout. We reserve the right to change the prices of products offered on the site at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel an order and refund any payment made.
Payment
We use Shopify Pay as our payment service provider.
Inventory
Since the items we sell are primarily handcrafted, our inventory may occasionally be insufficient to meet your specific request. We reserve the right to substitute a product you have selected with another of the same type and value, or of greater value. The same applies to packaging, which is all handmade.
Free delivery
Free shipping is offered for deliveries within Quebec and Ontario (excluding remote areas) on all orders of $90 or more before taxes. Free shipping does not apply to orders exceeding the size and weight of a standard package; shipping fees will then be automatically calculated by our website based on your order.
Delivery
La Grande Gourmandise awaits full payment for the order before proceeding with delivery.
All orders are prepared and shipped from the province of Quebec, Canada. We work with several delivery service providers, depending on the order's shipping location, size, and weight, at our sole discretion.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the service provider may either leave a card indicating instructions for collecting your package at a drop-off point, or leave the item in front of your door, at your sole responsibility.
Delivery to Canada and the United States only, unless otherwise agreed.
If you require delivery outside this area, please contact us to verify the costs.
Delivery times
Delivery is usually made within 4 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery to a remote location, depending on the carrier's terms, may take up to 10 business days.
Please note that La Grande Gourmandise cannot guarantee delivery times as this responsibility lies with the delivery services.
Delivery times are purely indicative and any delivery delays do not entitle the buyer to claim a partial or total refund or damages.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order in progress within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us via email and providing your order number. After 24 hours, it is no longer possible to cancel the order.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Please check your order upon receipt. Exchanges and returns will only be accepted within three days of delivery in the case of breakage or a clear error on the part of La Grande Gourmandise.
The handling of the delivery service is not considered a defective product.
Delivery charges are never refundable.
Modifications
La Grande Gourmandise reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy at any time. La Grande Gourmandise will notify users of any changes to the Privacy Policy by posting a notice on its website.

Sharing customer information
No cell phone information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude SMS sender acceptance and consent data; this information will not be shared with third parties.
