Escuminac Sugar Bush is located in Escuminac in the Baie-des-Chaleurs region of Gaspésie. On this century-old maple syrup farm, there are several maple trees that are 400 years old. Martin Malenfant aims to produce high-quality syrup with the utmost respect for the environment, in harmony with nature.

Extra Rare Organic Maple Syrup 200ml
This clear syrup is exceptional, with velvety and silky textures. Golden in color with luminous highlights, it is the most delicate syrup in the range. It is produced in very small quantities, exclusively with sap harvested during the first flows (only the first 3 days of the season!).
